Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities

• Actively source and screen potential candidates through various channels.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates for our clients' needs.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process.
• Manage assigned project team (planning, supervising, execution) to ensure that it's meeting the client's expectations.
• Assist with various HR-related tasks, such as workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.
