Penerangan pekerjaanHigh school diploma or certification from a vocational school is preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Knowledgeable in mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of machinery. Working knowledge of machine diagnostic systems and methods. Ability to handle various tools (e.g., pliers) and heavy equipment (e.g., lift). Willingness to observe all safety precautions against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals, etc. Willingness and initiative to learn. Excellent physical condition.
MECHANIC (HEAVY MACHINE)
Responsibilities
- Conduct inspection and troubleshoot machine engine and mechanical / electrical components to diagnose issues accurately.
- Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts, etc.) to ensure machine functionality and longevity.
- Provide a schedule for future maintenance sessions and advise operators on proper machine use.
- Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g., leaks).
- Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for repair or maintenance jobs.
- Take responsibility for the prevention of work-related injury and ill health.
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
