Fully assist the consulting team in tracking the progress of license and bank account applications, ensuring smooth processes.
Document Management
Assist clients with preparing, collecting, translating, and organizing all necessary documents and Due Diligence materials for applications.
Coordination & Communication
Act as a vital point of contact between clients, lawyers, banks, and regulatory bodies, managing information flow and scheduling efficiently.
Requirements
Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in administration, operations, or project management.
Language : Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin, capable of handling professional document translation and business communication.
Skills : Familiar with project management workflows, possessing excellent organizational, detail-oriented, and multi-tasking abilities.
