Penerangan pekerjaan✅ Proven experience as a Sales Representative / Specialist , preferably in a financial institution or B2B services setup. ✅ Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and taxation concepts . ✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ✅ Ability to identify client needs and deliver solutions that align with business goals. ✅ Previous experience working with Australian clients or within the AU market will be an added advantage. ✅ Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely with international teams. Overview
Sales Specialist at My Virtual Mate — Remote, Full-Time. Work Hours : 9am - 5pm Melbourne time. Location : Remote.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services or related industries , with a strong understanding of taxation, accounting, or finance . This role focuses on converting qualified leads, building relationships, and driving consistent sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients and convert qualified leads into successful partnerships.
- Understand client business needs and propose tailored outsourcing or staffing solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams.
- Meet and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets.
