Overview

We at Malaysia are looking for a creative, passionate, and results-oriented shop & online worker for jewellery to join our expanding team. This role focuses on managing and growing our brand presence across social media and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) to drive engagement, sales, and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Strategy : Develop and execute online sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Sales & Strategy : Identify new opportunities and propose innovative sales initiatives.
  • Sales & Strategy : Manage and optimize online sales channels, such as e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
  • Sales & Strategy : Respond to online customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Sales & Strategy : Build and maintain strong customer relationships through online interaction.
  • Sales & Strategy : Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Sales & Strategy : Conduct online marketing campaigns and advertising to drive sales.
  • Sales & Strategy : Utilize social media, email, and other digital tools to reach potential customers.
  • Performance & Analysis : Track, report, and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Performance & Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for online customer interaction.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to sales strategy and performance.
  • Product knowledge and the ability to articulate value to customers.
  • Minimum SPM or above with 3-5 years of experience in Internet companies, brand companies, or agencies.
