Internship

Job Brief:

This department is responsible for the implementation of Quality Management System and Food Safety management System. The scope of coverage includes but not limited to Process Management, System Management, Regulatory Management and Subcontractor Management. There are 2 sections within QA Department, which are QMS Administration Section and Food Regulatory Section.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Support on RMPPS and other Regulatory database
2. Support in Supplier Questionnaire Information
3. Ensure master document files maintained at the QA are neatly arranged in a systematic manner and clearly labeled.
4. Track on internal training progress and training cert compilation
5. Support digitalization project in LIMS - certificate validity & permissibility declaration
6. Prepare customer CoAs and product specification and submit to QA Manager for approval.
7. Additional duties can be assigned from time to time by the superior.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate should study Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Food Technology / Nutrition / Dietetics,Food & Beverage Services Management,Education / Teaching / Training
• Preferably Internship specializing in Quality Assurance / Control or equivalent.
• Food Tech and Regulatory Stundent are encourage to Apply
• Good communication skills in English,Malay language for both spoken and written
