Warehouse Operation Manager

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee logistics operations, optimize processes, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset to enhance supply chain performance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, analyzing data to drive continuous improvement. Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders for seamless coordination. Lead, train, and develop the operations team to achieve business objectives. Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain high service standards. Implement technology-driven solutions to optimize logistics performance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities with a problem-solving mindset. Experience with logistics software, inventory management, and process automation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
