We are representing our client, A Malaysia-based engineering firm specializing in mechanical and electrical solutions for various industries. The company offers services ranging from design and installation to maintenance and project management, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Working Location : Taman Perindustrian Puchong
Working hours : Mon Fri 8 : 30am 5 : 30pm
Responsibilities :
- Process all orders accurately and on time including Sales Orders, Job Orders, Delivery Orders, Stock Transfers, and Invoices.
- Coordinate and track sales orders and delivery schedules to ensure smooth and timely execution.
- Liaise with internal teams (workshop, logistics) to arrange deliveries.
- Provide after-sales support by handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Oversee project procurement and update clients on any delays or changes..
- Act as a bridge between customers and the sales team to ensure clear communication and satisfaction.
Requirements :
2-3 years of relevant experience.Minimum SPM and relevant.Proficient in English (written and spoken).Experience with SQL accounting software is an added advantage.Consultant In-Charge : Jia Yin | jiayin@talentrecruit.com.my
