Property Maintenance Executive

As the Property Maintenance Executive at Cozyhomes (part of The Makeover Guys) , you will ensure that our unit is in tip top condition. You will focus on coordinating, hands-on work, and client servicing. Your work will directly impact the quality of the designer units. What You’ll Do :

• Coordinate with the technicians, clients, tenants, and building management to carry out maintenance work
• Work on processing warranty claims
• Conduct site inspection and perform minor repair work (eg. plumbing and wiring; training will be provided)
• Schedule, apply permit, and make quotations
• Schedule for repairing work, site inspection and restaging work
• Oversee and monitor projects to ensure they are completed on time

Working Arrangement :

On-site. Work closely with our Tenancy Executives, Operation Executives and Site Officers.
