Malaysian Language Data Sourcing & Script Review Project

We are seeking native Bahasa Malaysia speakers in Malaysia to support an AI-driven call center script development process. The project has two main tasks :

Data Sourcing (Web Search) : Collect user manuals in Bahasa Malaysia from the internet to be used as input for AI script generation.

Script Review & Correction (Translation / Customer Service QA) : Review AI-generated call center dialogue scripts in Bahasa Malaysia to ensure they are natural, accurate, and customer-friendly. Make corrections to align with professional call center communication standards.

Engagement options

• A team of freelancers to handle both tasks collaboratively, OR
• A local lead / manager in Malaysia (preferably with call center QA, linguistics, or customer service background) who can recruit, manage, and ensure quality delivery.
