The role :

Plan, manage, and supervise construction activities on-site.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Review and interpret project blueprints, plans, and specifications.
Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role :

Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction project management.

PMP or equivalent project management certification.

Experience in industrial or commercial construction and strong knowledge of all construction requirements and needs.

Must understand local authorities’ approval flows.

Familiarity with required safety standards and local authorities’ regulations.
