About the role

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team at Visko Industries Sdn Bhd in Port Klang, Selangor. As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes and ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of our production facilities. What you'll be doing

Designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and product quality
Analyzing production data and identifying opportunities for process improvements
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Developing and implementing process control systems, including the use of automation and digital technologies
Providing technical support and training to production operators and staffs
Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
Participating in the development of new products and the implementation of new manufacturing technologies

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial, or a related field

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the chemical or process industry

Strong understanding of process engineering principles, including process design, optimization, and control

Proficient in the use of process simulation and optimization software, as well as data analysis tools

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Strong project management and team collaboration abilities

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards
