Technician Executive

Responsibilities

To handle and solve daily maintenance or breakdown issues of outlets & production equipment.

Troubleshoot equipment problems and repair.

Carry out periodic inspection, service and repair the equipment.

Able to investigate, diagnose & solve M&E related issue such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pneumatic & etc.

Carry out repairs such as refilling refrigerant, welding copper pipe, pressure test with Nitrogen gas, flushing of compressor, troubleshooting electrical, mechanical & pneumatic problems, with the production and outlets equipment.

Able to communicate with suppliers when there is breakdown cases and update through phone and email.

Able to work and assist outlets & production breakdown issue during the weekend (Sunday).

Able to work at night as per request.

Perform other duties as per requested by superior / management.

Maintain the records of maintenance activities, repairs and spare parts inventory.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years working experience in HVAC maintenance.
• Skills : Microsoft Office and Communication Skills.
• Willing to travel when required.
• Willing to work 6 days per week and during Public Holiday.
• Are a highly positive, independent person that can work under tight deadline.
• Strong leadership, planning and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
