Responsibilities
- Direct the engineering function and maintenance activities, implementing and monitoring preventative maintenance (PM).
- Oversee tooling activities, including NC milling machines, CNC machines, and punching processes to minimize production downtime.
- Stay informed on the latest manufacturing technologies and best practices, evaluating how they can enhance operational efficiency and implementing improvements.
- Evaluate, develop, and implement operational excellence and continuous improvement projects, such as kaizen, lean, 5S, or other approved methodologies.
- Communicate effectively with staff and management to enable clear communication and lead the team toward meeting goals.
- Coach subordinates to improve capability and efficiency.
Job Requirements
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field.Preferably 3–4 years of relevant work experience.Strong knowledge of machinery / equipment preventive maintenance.Strong leadership skills, results‑oriented mindset, good problem‑solving, reporting, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.Technical proficiency with hands‑on skills to support the team when required.A team‑player, presentable, and able to interact effectively at all levels within the company.People‑management experience, including leading, developing, and training a technically diverse team.Strong background in maintenance best practices and equipment reliability.Company Overview
