We are looking for a highly motivated and target driven sales person to be part of our team. You will play a crucial role in driving the company growth together.

Responsibilities

• Be independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and a results-driven approach.
• Pursue sales leads for opportunities, respond to phone inquiries and walk-in customers, and proactively source new prospects to achieve the sales target.
• Assist and support the follow-up and coordination of all sales transactions, sales conversions and loan drawdown of sold properties, and liaise with end financiers, solicitors and purchasers on sales and loan documentation and credit control management.
• Exhibit strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Develop and execute plans to drive sales growth.
