Key Responsibilities :
- Develop & execute influencer strategies focused on Malaysia / Southeast Asia beauty markets (skincare, makeup, personal care).
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with beauty influencers (macro / micro / nano) across Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu.
- Lead end-to-end campaigns—from brief to reporting—with a focus on ROI and sales conversion.
- Analyze performance data (engagement, reach, conversions) to optimize strategies.
- Stay updated on beauty trends, platform algorithms, and competitor activities in SEA.
Must-Have Requirements :
3+ years in influencer marketing, specifically in beauty / personal care (agency or brand side).Proven portfolio of beauty influencer campaigns in Malaysia / SEA markets.Deep understanding of TikTok / Instagram / YouTube content best practices.Strong negotiation skills with experience in contracts, budgets, and influencer gifting.Fluent in English + Malay (Mandarin is a huge plus for cross-border collabs).Nice-to-Have :
Experience with affiliate marketing or live-stream commerce.Existing network of SEA-based beauty influencers.
