Job Summary :

Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. • Encouraging customers to share pictures of their teeth to better understand their needs and facilitate effective consultations.
• Successfully booking customers for appointments, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to service delivery.
• Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring high conversion rates from leads to clinic show‑ups.
