We are looking for a talented and passionate Commis Chef to join our dynamic team at MST GOLF ARENA SDN. BHD in Gurney Paragon Mall. As a Commis Chef, you will play a crucial role in supporting the culinary operations and contributing to the creation of exceptional dining experiences for our guests. This is a full‑time position that offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a vibrant and fast‑paced hospitality environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Assisting the other senior chefs in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of a variety of dishes
  • Ensuring the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety are maintained at all times
  • Participating in menu development and contributing ideas to enhance the culinary offerings
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all kitchen procedures and protocols
  • Working collaboratively with the entire kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests
  • Continuously developing your culinary skills and knowledge to stay up‑to‑date with industry trends

What we’re looking for

  • Relevant culinary qualifications or equivalent experience in a similar role
  • A passion for food and a commitment to delivering outstanding culinary creations
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for presentation
  • A positive, team‑oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with the kitchen team
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
