The Opportunity – Your Mission
We’re on the hunt for a Product Manager to lead the charge on two unique products - International Connect , our well‑established wholesale SMS product, and a new internal intranet platform (brainstorming names - suggestions invited!) to manage our billing and supplier communication. You’ll be the driving force behind product strategy, market fit and commercial success, working closely with sales, development, finance, and everyone in‑between in creating innovative, customer‑centric solutions that deliver impact to our customers.

The Journey Ahead – Your role
- Contribute to and help execute a product strategy that aligns and delivers to our business strategy.
- Manage PLCM including conceptualization, requirements, budgeting, implementation and delivery, go‑to‑market launch, reporting, customer feedback and issues.
- Engage in continuous market and competitive research and customer feedback to ensure product market fit and translate insights into product strategy.
- Own (develop and maintain) product roadmap(s).
- Drive commercial success and manage the profitability of the product.
- Be the customer’s voice within the development process and write requirements, define user experience using wireframes and / or UX / UI prototypes – typically as user stories and epics.
- Collaborate with other Product Managers of other Soprano product sets and work as a team to ensure that we provide a unified solution to our customers and the market.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog and track releases.
- Evaluate and prioritise ideas while considering available resources such as time, budgets, customer demand and the like.
- Administer and maintain product UAT, help articles and documentation processes and ensure product documentation is up to date.
- Conduct product training and demos to cross‑functional (internal) teams, customers and partners as required.
- Participate in daily scrum meetings, planning, reviews and retrospectives.
- Lead GTM product launches and conduct product briefings and training to internal stakeholders (product marketing, sales, solution consultants, support, operations etc.) with insights on key differentiators, messaging and positioning.
Roadmap to Success - What you'll bring
You bring curiosity, creativity and a sharp commercial mindset to everything you do. You’re driven by outcomes, not just outputs and you're all about communication and collaboration.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager particularly with Billing Infrastructure and Intranet Platforms.Demonstrated success defining and launching customer‑centered products including writing use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, conducting UAT testing and product marketing.Experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner highly regarded.Understanding in Enterprise messaging highly regarded.Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams without formal authority.Experience in gathering requirements from stakeholders and managing relationships at all levels of the business to get information quickly and accurately.Experience in Agile and Scrum.Six Sigma and / or process mapping skills and experience in service design.Experience in design thinking, design methodologies such as journey mapping, current state and future state mapping.Excellent teamwork skills with ability to deliver real results and work fast.Excellent presentation and communication skills having worked in multinational environments.Demonstrate high level of curiosity, creativity, and ambition.Why we love it here - Why Soprano
