As a Hotel Receptionist at Parlor Hotel , you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for all our guests. This full-time position is a vital part of our guest services team, contributing directly to the success and reputation of our hotel.
What You’ll Be Doing
Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival, checking them in and out efficiently.
Handling guest inquiries and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
Assisting guests with providing recommendations about the local area.
Answering and managing incoming telephone calls, E-mails and messages.
Maintaining accurate guest records and front desk documentation.
Addressing and resolving any guest complaints or concerns.
Collaborating with the wider hotel team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for guest service.
Ability to work well under pressure and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin and other local language(s) is a bonus.
