About the Role

Pico Hub Services Sdn Bhd, part of the Pico Group, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Shared Services Hub in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position plays a critical role in supporting regional finance operations and ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day accounting activities.

The Job

Assist in managing full sets of account - Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable (including closely following up on necessary approvals, prepare and execute payment process), Intercompany billings, Staff Reimbursement, Monthly Closing, Perform bank reconciliation, and all other related matters.

Identify opportunity for process & system improvements.

Responsible for timely and accuracy preparation of monthly, half yearly and yearly Group consolidated management.

Job function listed is not exhaustive and can include other responsibilities as assigned.

Additional Duties

Perform ad-hoc assignments and support other accounting-related tasks as required.

The Person

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience in an accounting role is preferred.

Candidates with 5 years' experience will be considered for a senior level.

Those with less experience are encouraged to apply and may be considered for a junior position.

Ability to deliver accurate work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Excellent command of both written and spoken English.

Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Willingness to adapt to flexible working hours to support regions across EMEA and the Americas.

Open to occasional travel as required.
