Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processing, statutory submissions, and day-to-day HR operations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation.
- Contribute to the administration of employee welfare initiatives and benefits programs.
- Assist in recruitment and training efforts and documentation.
- Provide assistance in general office administration to ensure smooth operations.
- Take on ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks assigned by Superiors.
Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.Proficient in computerized payroll systems and HRMS.Experience in handling the full spectrum of HR functions will be an advantage.Knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and other related labour laws / regulations is preferred.Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Results-oriented, responsible, honest, diligent and able to work independently with initiative.A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
