Responsibilities

• Working in the Quality Assurance team to make sure key data delivery targets (e.g. productivity, efficiency, quality, latency) are met for projects under Search Recommendation & Trending.
• Responsible for policy / guideline and SOP implementation and clarification to ensure better understanding and performance of moderation.
• Work closely with POC and other stakeholders to provide feedback on data quality / SOP / policy / guideline and ensure overall success of projects.
• Support training and go-live process within Search Recommendation team.
• Responsible to look through moderation performance and weekly report writing. Conclude RCA whenever needed.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned.
