Penerangan pekerjaanA degree in Marketing Communications / Marketing / Business or the equivalent from a recognized university (Master’s Degree or equivalent is an added advantage) with at least 8 years of experience in handling marketing communications - preferably in MICE industry. Good PR and communication skills (multi-lingual : English, Mandarin and BM will be an advantage) Creative, passionate, meticulous, excellent interpersonal skills Must possess strong written English and ability to do copywriting will be a plus. Must have good organizational skills and have ability to accomplish multiple tasks within timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute effective marketing communications campaigns and activities including advertising, promotion, sponsorship, public relations, website, EDM, marketing collaterals and social media.
- To work closely with media agencies / PR firms to negotiate the best deals in order to maximise the marketing budgets.
- Prepare and develop media plans, budgets and expenditures
- To ensure campaigns are properly monitored to achieve maximum returns
- To work closely and support the Sales & Marketing team to facilitate execution of marketing plans.
- To recommend marketing tools from a communications aspects to assist Sales & Marketing team to achieve better selling success, including collaterals, presentation materials, company / industry profiles, etc.
- To work closely with clients and develop good rapport to identify market opportunities and business growth
