Overview
This role supports performing device assembly and testing to meet customer orders and on-time delivery with good quality.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for device assembly and testing
- Responsible for the preparation of testing system
- Conduct firmware installation and keycode generation according customer requests
- Responsible for preventive maintenance for torque driver and equipment
- Perform Run-In of device
- Ensure the operations of SAP routing
- Manage stock posting via SAP
- Print the calibration certificates and calibration reports (if any)
- Perform optical inspection during assembly activity by following work inspection
- Establish products’ structure
- Ensure testing equipment is established in the equipment database
- Raise quality notification for defective material or device
- Communicate with technical team regarding test program issues
- Perform first level troubleshooting on the final testing failure
- Perform Final Inspection
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
Qualifications
Certificate or Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronic / Mechanical EngineeringMinimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing, device assembly and final testingFamiliar with assembly tools such as torque driver, screwdriverFamiliar with testing instrument such as Multimeter, Power Supply, Oscilloscope, Signal Generator and Spectrum Analyzer is an advantageGood command of written and spoken EnglishSAP ERP knowledge is a plusOur offer
