Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Data Collection Manager for communication with our customers and their EMS suppliers with an in-depth knowledge of Bill‑of‑Materials (BOM) and data management within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry.
The incumbent will be responsible with the team to collect data from suppliers and coordinate such activity, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data provisioned that supports customers’ operations, while maintaining supplier relationships through established communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Management – develop and foster professional relationships, identify process and opportunities for improvements, regulate reporting to customers (e.g., Quarterly Business Review (QBR) and meetings).
- Supplier Management – establish structured communication channels with suppliers and maintain accountability, assessing performance metrics.
- Process‑driven : manage internal team to review, validate, and approve data provisioned by suppliers with internal teams to ensure alignment against internal quality standards and customer requirements.
- Coordinate and maintain up‑to‑date flow of incoming data collection points to support production planning and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Lexi as well as with both customers and suppliers to address and resolve data discrepancies.
- Monitor and report on data accuracy, ensuring timely updates on data readiness and availability to customers for management review and decision‑making.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data accuracy, documentation control, and operational workflows.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the EMS industry.In‑depth knowledge of BOM structures, electronic and mechanical components, and manufacturing documentation.Proven experience with ERP / MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple departments and stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data reporting tools.Preferably a mature and outgoing personality and a Mandarin‑speaking candidate to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.Preferred Skills
Experience working in high‑mix, low‑volume manufacturing environments.Knowledge of cost analysis and supplier data alignment for BOM.Exposure to ISO quality standards and lean manufacturing principles.Good management skills – including people management, clear communication and engagement, planning and execution, decision making and problem solving.Benefits
