Role Overview
As a Client Care Associate , you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality support through inbound phone calls, live chat, and email . This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction by resolving banking-related inquiries efficiently, accurately, and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls, live chats, and email inquiries in a professional and timely manner.Assist customers with a range of banking services including account information, transactions, and issue resolution.Ensure customer issues are resolved effectively and escalated when necessary according to standard procedures.Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on banking policies, systems, and procedures.Provide accurate information and support while adhering to compliance and confidentiality standards.Log and document all customer interactions in the CRM system.Meet individual and team performance targets (e.g., service level, first contact resolution, quality standards).Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field.Prior experience in customer service or contact centre roles is preferred (banking experience is an advantage).Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a plus).Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Comfortable with shift work (if applicable).Tech-savvy and able to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.What We Offer
