IT Senior Engineer (System Development and Support)

Perform detailed analysis of business requirements and provide appropriate system solutions. Identify, interpret, validate and document business requirements. Map business requirements, processes and objectives. Develop, customize and configure necessary system modifications, perform testing and document results. Act as the liaison between IT technical team and business functions to ensure requirements and progress are communicated accurately and timely. Work with business functions in problem solving and troubleshooting. Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions. Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues. Proactively identify and propose business process and / or system enhancements. Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects. Willingness to understand complex semiconductor processes, document them accordingly and hand over the implementation to development team.
