Responsibilities

  • Sample Management – Maintain and organize all fabric swatches for photoshoot and reference purposes. Ensure sample records are properly filed and labeled.
  • Measurement – Record and update bulk stock measurements into the MLS system for online product listings. Ensure accuracy and consistency of measurement data for multiple brands.
  • Purchase Order & Production Coordination – Handle Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers via BC365 for multiple brands. Issue sales shipment documents. Prepare production sheets for factory use and maintain proper filing for all documentation. Create raw material item cards and update fabric stock in NAV after goods are received. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Access Preparation – Refer to MLS to prepare care labels and barcode stickers. Pack and deliver all necessary accessories to suppliers.
  • Quality Control (QC) & Write-Off Documentation – Handle documentation for multiple brands. Record all write-off items with full details in the Write-Off Google Doc. Ensure all records are properly filed in respective folders.
  • Courier Coordination – Prepare shipping documentation and arrange courier pick-up for Q Corp and MS. Read. Track and ensure timely delivery of parcels.
  • Import Documentation – Cross-check import documents including invoice, packing list, bill of lading (B / L), Form E and K1 form. Liaise with local shipping companies and follow up on delivery schedules.
  • Inventory Control – Conduct regular inventory checks for barcode stickers, main labels, and care labels. Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely replenishment when necessary.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in merchandising, production, supply chain or administrative support (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Detail‑oriented, organized and capable of handling multiple tasks.
  • A team player with a positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication skills in Mandarin are required as the role involves communication with suppliers in China.
