Responsibilities
- Daily Generate Inbound and Outbound Process in SAP
- To monitor and control receiving and dispatch operations from WM SAP System
- First line support to WM SAP system
- Trouble shoots the problems before escalating to the next level of support
- To filter all the EM SAP System requirements before raining it to the next level of escalation
