Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist (Operator) to join our team.
Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
- Identify clients’ requirements and ensure they are answered or routed to the appropriate support area.
- Provide operational support to clients by answering calls and online queries, analyze reported issues, and offer appropriate advice and / or answers.
- Keep and update reported issues and work closely with the Technical Support team to assure quality customer service.
- Provide feedback to enhance existing programs by analyzing business objectives and identifying areas for modification and improvement.
- Provide product and technical guidelines for clients and educate clients on how to use the new features or add-on programs.
- Undertake other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Requirements :
Education Background : At least graduated from diploma in any field.Experience : Any customer service experience, especially from Call Center, Helpdesk Support, or equivalent is preferred.Ability to communicate (verbal & written) in BOTH English and Mandarin (MUST).Able to read and write in Mandarin as this position is required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. On-the-job training will be provided.No issue to work on 24-hour shifts.Good in stress tolerance and able to learn independently.Preferably candidates can multi-task and are eager to learn.Contact Us
