Your Role – Impactful, Meaningful and Future-Oriented
Collaborate with Technical, Commercial, and Asia Pacific Procurement team to develop optimal solutions with suppliers, aiming to achieve the best cost / benefit position during bid and project execution. This includes :Participating in price negotiations
Ensuring procurement activities are in line with Siemens’ Limit of Authority guidelinesComparing supplier offers based on price, quality, and deliveryManage supplier performance and quality, with guidance from Asia Pacific procurement and Quality Management teamManage procurement administration activities, including :Issuance of Request for Quotations to suppliers
Creation and issuance of Purchase Orders, including obtaining approvals based on signature guidelinesFollowing up on deliveries with suppliersSuppliers’ master data managementReview of open Purchase OrdersInitiate and support procurement-related improvement topics relating to digitalizationYour Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid
At least a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.1-3 years’ experience in procurement function, preferably in the engineering industryExcellent command of English, both written and spokenEffective communicator with strategic thinking skills, able to engage stakeholders at multiple levelsAbility to derive insights from data : skilled in preparing analytical reports and presenting information clearly and conciselyProficient in MS Office applicationsExperience in SAP preferred.Contract Type
24 months contract (extendable depending on project requirements)
