Job Description

  • Lead and manage the group financial reporting, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Prepare and present accurate financial reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Prepare the consolidation of financial statements for the group.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support business growth.
  • Manage and guide a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.

A Successful Group Finance Manager Should Have

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven expertise in group reporting and consolidation.
  • Must have external audit experience.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
