Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma or degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2‑4 years of relevant working experience. Knowledge of SAP – SD Module, SFDC – Case Management, and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.). Hands‑on experience in the Order to Cash process, including agreements and contracts. Good understanding of the Order Management process. Demonstrated high attention to detail, organization, and accuracy. Ability to multi‑task and prioritize workload. Ability to work under pressure, independently and as part of a team in a fast‑moving environment. Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Associate Full‑time Distribution and Other IT Services and IT Consulting
Order Management - Process Executive (EMEA Hour)
Assists in the order‑to‑cash process within the EMEA region.
Responsibilities
- Process company sales orders upon receipt of purchase orders from the Sales team, ensuring timeliness and accuracy in compliance with documented policies.
- Monitor order status and provide updates to the company.
- Update internal reports promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to follow up and resolve issues.
- Support building training curriculum and work instructions.
- Perform work tasks assigned as needed.
