Senior Integration Engineer (NetSuite ERP)

Penerangan pekerjaanOwn end‑to‑end delivery of assigned integration workstreams, from requirements through to deployment. Support SIT, UAT, and production cutover activities, including troubleshooting, defect resolution, and performance tuning. Monitor integration health, proactively identify risks or issues, and drive timely resolution. Contribute to lessons‑learned and continuous improvement practices within the project team. Ensure integrations meet performance SLAs and KPIs for data synchronization, availability, and error recovery. Implement security best practices across integration solutions, including authentication, authorization, and compliance with regulatory standards (GDPR, PCI DSS, OWASP). Support documentation and knowledge sharing to enable business self‑sufficiency and sustainable operations. Work closely with the Product Lead (Integration & Master Data) and Data Platform team to align on architecture, data governance, and operational practices. Partner with cross‑functional IT and business teams to deliver integrated solutions that support business outcomes. Provide guidance to junior developers or offshore team members to ensure consistency in integration delivery. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Certification in integration platform (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft) is desirable. Agile / DevOps certification is an advantage. 5–7 years of enterprise integration experience with proven delivery in ERP-related projects. Strong hands‑on expertise in Boomi (preferred) or equivalent iPaaS platform, including API and EDI‑based integrations. Experience with NetSuite integration strongly preferred. Proficiency in integration technologies and standards : REST / SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, flat file, EDI (EDIFACT, X12), SFTP, AS2. Experience in CI / CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices for integration delivery. Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills in complex integration environments. Knowledge of application security and data protection principles. Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) for integration deployment and monitoring. Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud‑native integration patterns. Knowledge of master data management principles and data synchronization approaches.

- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise applications using Boomi and related technologies.
- Define and implement integration patterns, data mappings, and error‑handling strategies to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Deliver high‑quality, reusable integration components aligned with enterprise integration architecture and governance standards.
- Produce detailed technical design documentation and support code reviews to ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and external vendors to validate requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
