ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Intelligent Automation & AI Operations Specialist to join our Technology Organization in Kuala Lumpur !

You will be a key contributor within the Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence (COE), responsible for executing operational tasks that ensure the stability and performance of automation and AI solutions in production. This role focuses on implementing approved changes, maintaining systems, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives under established governance and compliance frameworks.

You will work closely with the Operations Lead, technical teams, and business stakeholders to :

• Perform System Changes : Execute configuration updates, deployments, and enhancements to automation and AI solutions following change management protocols.
• Support & Maintenance : Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and apply fixes to maintain optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Incident Resolution : Collaborate in resolving production incidents promptly, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Documentation & Compliance : Maintain accurate records of changes, incidents, and operational activities to ensure audit readiness and adherence to governance standards.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify recurring issues and propose optimizations to improve reliability and efficiency of automation solutions.
