Responsible for supporting the full tender lifecycle from initial document to final submission.

To assist in project management by tracking key timelines, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders & ensuring all tender documents align with project execution plans.

• Meticulously compile, review and organize all tender documents, ensuring every submission is accurate, compliant and delivered on schedule.
• Provide operational and administrative support to procurement unit so as to ensure the process is efficient, accurate, transparent and compliant with organizational.
• Support procurement process by handling documentation.
• Compile monthly report.
• Purchase Order Processing (verifying, requisitions and supporting document)
