Review and analyze business and functional requirements to develop relevant and comprehensive automated test cases.
Demonstrate strong understanding of QA methodologies, various testing types, and the overall software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of automated build systems, tools, and scripts to support continuous testing and delivery.
Implement and continuously improve CI pipelines, ensuring seamless integration of automated testing and deployment processes.
Perform QA activities including estimation, test planning and design, test execution, defect reporting, and results analysis specific to automation testing
Lead and mentor QA team members, providing guidance on best practices, technical skills, and fostering a culture of quality and collaboration.
Qualifications and requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in automation testing.
Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Redmine) is a plus.
Practical experience with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Katalon Studio, Playwright, Jenkins).
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Experience in build automation and CI / CD pipeline implementation and maintenance (e.g., Jenkins).
Experience in Fintech industry
Knowledge of compliance will be an added advantage
Understanding of security-based testing
Commitment to delivery, flexible and worked in a multinational environment.
Strong analytical / trouble shooting skills.
Reliable and able to work independently.
