The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Take adequate messages and pass to the respective personnel as and when required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Provide general office administrative and clerical support, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Assist other departments as needed.
Requirements
Minimum SPM / Professional Certificates.At least one (1) year working experience in office environment.Good communication and organizational skills.Good in customer service, professional appearance and attitude, courteous telephone etiquette, confident, and pleasant personality.Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, email).Pro-active, able to work independently with minimum supervision.Seniority level
