The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Take adequate messages and pass to the respective personnel as and when required.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Provide general office administrative and clerical support, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Assist other departments as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Professional Certificates.
  • At least one (1) year working experience in office environment.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Good in customer service, professional appearance and attitude, courteous telephone etiquette, confident, and pleasant personality.
  • Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, email).
  • Pro-active, able to work independently with minimum supervision.
