Excellent written and verbal English, outstanding communication skills with customers. Ability to work independently, be self‑motivated, have a good team spirit, a strong sense of responsibility, a creative problem‑solver, and be easy to get along with others. Based in Penang. Familiarity with cellular M2M modules or experience in R&D of mobile phones or wireless modules. Experience with project tracking tools such as Jira is an advantage. PMP Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure timely deliverables.
- Coordination of project activities with project stakeholders.
- Ensure effective project governance to meet full project scope within the budget.
- Regular interfacing with customers followed by internal and external reporting.
- Working with technical experts in software / hardware / test teams to help translate customer requirements into optimal product design and support technology & feature implementation.
- Responsible for risk management, recognize the project risks, make an action plan, and update risk evaluations regularly.
- Responsible for internal and external change management, organize the team to produce solutions and follow the implementation.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation in the system.
