About the role
Nidec Advance Technology Malaysia is seeking a talented Field Service Engineer to join our team in Kulim, Kedah. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical support and maintenance services to our valued clients.
What you’ll be doing
- Conduct on-site inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of client equipment
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide timely, effective solutions
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain detailed records of all service activities and provide regular reports
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
