Searching for new clients through internet research, tele-marketing, cold calling at industrial areas or universities etc. For who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions;

Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements;

Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;

Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs;

Calculating client quotations, prepare quotation and administering client accounts;

Improve and maintains professional & technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing product datasheet, catalogue and professional publications;

Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education;

Working on after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required;

Arranging and carrying out product training;

Analyzing costs and sales;

Preparing daily activity and weekly sales pipeline reports for head office and keeping customer records in CRM;

Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects;

Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events;

Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs;

Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts; Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.

Requirements :

Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, or related field).

Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in sales or technical support, preferably in an engineering or industrial environment.

Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to understand engineering drawings and specifications.

Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
