About the Role
We are looking for a high‑performing Talent Acquisition Contractor to join our global TA team on a 6‑month assignment. This role will focus on strategic overseas hiring, with a strong emphasis on EMEA and Asia markets, driving talent pipelines across critical business functions in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment for regional and global roles, with a focus on EMEA and Asia.
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders across business units to define hiring needs and deliver top‑tier talent.
- Build and manage strong pipelines in crypto, fintech, technology, and other digital‑first industries.
- Drive sourcing strategies through direct headhunting, market mapping, and talent intelligence.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring alignment on talent strategy, interview process, and decision‑making.
- Champion a best‑in‑class candidate experience across diverse geographies.
