Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day work of an IT team.
- Manage overall IT strategy, operations and infrastructure.
- Lead and manage the IT team responsible for providing support and services to the Company.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Monitor website and system performance and ensure data security and integrity.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and hardware / software platforms.
- Planning and managing the IT budget, including allocating resources, tracking expenditures, and optimizing costs.
- Carry out any other ad-hoc assignments given by management from time-to-time.
