We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Accounting and Administrative Clerk to join our dynamic team at GIO FABRICS SDN. BHD. in our Kuala Lumpur City Centre office. This full-time role will provide you with hands‑on experience in accounting and administrative support, allowing you to develop your skills within a supportive environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Assisting the accounting team with various tasks such as data entry, bank reconciliations, and preparing invoices.
• Providing administrative support including filing, document organisation, and answering inquiries.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all financial documentation is properly stored.
• Performing ad‑hoc tasks as required to support the smooth running of the finance and administration functions.
