Mission
Own OTA e-commerce and pricing to lift ADR, occupancy, and RevPAR. You’ll run Booking / Agoda / Expedia / Trip.com, website merchandising, promos, reviews, and agency rate plans. Hands‑on role.
What you’ll do
Run weekly / bi‑weekly reviews with each OTA account manager; launch / iterate promos.Build and maintain a 24‑month pricing calendar (incl. PH / weekends / events) using comp‑set + demand signals.Maintain rate parity; fix breaches fast.Reply to reviews with a human tone; close the loop with CX / Housekeeping on recurring issues.Prepare and circulate weekly performance pack to CEO (ADR / Occ / RevPAR, rank, conversion, cancels, campaign ROI).Set & distribute annual fixed rates to travel agencies; track pick‑up.Arrange photoshoots for weak listings; push assets to all channels.Coordinate with the channel manager provider on new features and fixes.Nice‑to‑haves
Basic web merchandising (WordPress / Next.js CMS familiarity welcome).Agency / B2B contracting.Kuala Lumpur PH / events awareness.Proficiency in Analytical Skills for interpreting data, forecasting trends, and making data‑driven decisions.Seniority level
