Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee trade operations, including document collection, SBLC, LC advising, trade loans and issuance.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements in all trade processes.
- Review and approve trade finance documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve trade-related issues promptly.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and improve workflows to optimize trade operation processes.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to trade operations for management review.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes within the financial services sector.
