Be the backbone of our HR operations and make a real impact on employee experience and business continuity.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing and support a broad range of HR operational functions. This role offers exposure to the full HR lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Payroll & Statutory Compliance

  • Manage full-cycle payroll processing, including salary computation, allowances, overtime, bonuses, incentives, and statutory deductions.
  • Track and manage employee attendance, leave balances, and benefit changes in the HR system.
  • Ensure timely submission of monthly statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.) and generate annual EA forms.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records in compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with government bodies on statutory and compliance matters.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Coordinate and support employee lifecycle processes including evaluations, probation reviews, transfers, resignations, and terminations.
  • Liaise with insurance providers and ASP for employee-related matters such as onboarding, resignation, and transfers.
  • Administer HR-related modules via the internal system (e.g., Medical, TAMS – clock-in appeals, duty roster assignments).
  • Manage onboarding documentation, system data entry, and ensure cross-departmental coordination for a seamless first day.
  • Training & Development

  • Manage HRDF-related tasks, including grant applications, claim submissions, and tracking training compliance.
  • Support the planning and coordination of in-house or external training activities.
  • Communication & Coordination

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and relevant stakeholders to support HR-led initiatives, memos, and employee communications.
  • What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in payroll and HR Generalist roles.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws, payroll software, and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • People-first mindset and ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
