Customer Service - Convenient Public Transport
We're seeking a customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a vital part of our customer service team, your key responsibilities will include :
Managing a high volume of incoming calls (approximately 80 calls per day)
Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently and professionally
Promoting our latest campaigns and special offers to customers
What We Offer :
Competitive base salary of up to RM 4,000 (based on experience)
Quarterly KPI Incentives : RM 800 - RM 1,800

Fresh graduates with a degree are encouraged to apply
SPM and Diploma holders with call center experience are welcome
