AI Solutions Engineer

At Academy of AI, we’re on a mission to make AI practical, intuitive, and accessible. We’re looking for an AI Solutions Engineer who thrives at the intersection of AI, UX, and engineering —someone who can bridge design thinking, backend systems, and no-code / low-code tools to bring powerful, user-friendly AI products to life.

What You’ll Do

• Shape UX & Research : Partner with designers to turn user needs into clear flows, prototypes, and delightful AI experiences. Test, iterate, and document so everything feels seamless.
• Support Product Engineering : Troubleshoot issues, integrate AI models, and optimize performance within our systems.
• Build Backend Systems : Write clean, maintainable backend code and collaborate with engineers on scalable AI-driven software.
• Learn & Grow : Sharpen your fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and design patterns through active participation in reviews and discussions.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Work with data scientists, researchers, and UX designers to ensure AI features feel both smart and intuitive.

Document & Deliver : Keep development, integrations, and research outcomes organized and transparent. Contribute actively in sprints and team discussions.
